On February 13, 2025, Ali Dasdan, Chief Technology Officer of ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (the "Company"), informed the Company of his decision to depart to pursue a new opportunity. Mr. Dasdan's last day with the Company is anticipated to be March 2, 2025.
