Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 28, 2021, the compensation committee (the “Committee”) of Zynex, Inc. (the “Company”), approved an increase in its Chief Executive Officer Mr. Thomas Sandgaard’s annual base salary to $575,000 and annual bonus eligibility to 150%. The Committee also approved an increase in its Chief Financial Officer Mr. Dan Moorhead’s annual base salary to $300,000.
