On November 14, 2024, ZyVersa Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing financial results for its third fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2024, and providing business updates. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
