Goldman Sachs MLP and Energy Renaissance Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE:GER) today announced additional details regarding the liquidation of the Fund. Pursuant to the Fund's Plan of Liquidation and Dissolution previously announced, the Fund has fixed the close of business on July 10, 2023 (the "Liquidation Date") as the effective date for determining the shareholders of the Fund that will be entitled to receive liquidating distributions.
