Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 21, 2025, Alkermes plc (the “Company”) announced positive topline results from Vibrance-1, a phase 2 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of alixorexton (formerly referred to as ALKS 2680) compared to placebo in patients with narcolepsy type 1.

A copy of the press release containing a summary of these topline results is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. Detailed safety and efficacy results from the Vibrance-1 study will be shared by the Company at the upcoming World Sleep Congress, taking place September 5-10, 2025.
