Item 1(a).	Name of Issuer.
	HUYA Inc. (the “Issuer”).

Item 1(b).	Address of Issuer's Principal Executive Offices.
	Building A3, E-Park, 280 Hanxi Road, Panyu District, Guangzhou 511446, People’s Republic of China.

Item 2(a).	Name of Person Filing.
	The holdings of the Issuer’s class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (“Class A Ordinary Shares”) reported herein are held in the form of American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”), which each represent one Class A Ordinary Share. This statement is filed by: (i) Point72 Asset Management, L.P. (“Point72 Asset Management”) with respect to Class A Ordinary Shares held, in the form of ADSs, by an investment fund it manages; (ii) Point72 Capital Advisors, Inc. (“Point72 Capital Advisors Inc.”) with respect to Class A Ordinary Shares held, in the form of ADSs, by an investment fund managed by Point72 Asset Management; (iii) Cubist Systematic Strategies, LLC (“Cubist Systematic Strategies”) with respect to Class A Ordinary Shares that were held, in the form of ADSs, by an investment fund it managed; (iv) Point72 Hong Kong Limited (“Point72 Hong Kong”) with respect to Class A Ordinary Shares that were held, in the form of ADSs, by an investment fund it managed; and (v) Steven A. Cohen (“Mr. Cohen”) with respect to Class A Ordinary Shares held, in the form of ADSs, beneficially owned by Point72 Asset Management and Point72 Capital Advisors, and Class A Ordinary Shares, in the form of ADSs, that were held by Point72 Hong Kong and Cubist Systematic Strategies.

	Each of Cubist Systematic Strategies and Point72 Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. are advisors under common control with Point72 Asset Management, and each acts as a sub-advisor with respect to a portion of the Class A Ordinary Shares reported herein.

	Point72 Asset Management, Point72 Capital Advisors Inc, Cubist Systematic Strategies, Point72 Hong Kong, and Mr. Cohen have entered into a Joint Filing Agreement, a copy of which is filed with this Schedule 13G/A as Exhibit 99.1, pursuant to which they have agreed to file this Schedule 13G/A jointly in accordance with the provisions of Rule 13d-1(k) of the Act.

	Point72 Asset Management is a Delaware limited partnership. Point72 Capital Advisors Inc. is a Delaware corporation. Cubist Systematic Strategies is a Delaware limited liability company. Mr. Cohen is a United States citizen. Point72 Hong Kong is a Hong Kong limited liability company.

Item 2(e).	CUSIP Number.
	There is no CUSIP number assigned to the Class A Ordinary Shares. The CUSIP number 44852D108 has been assigned to the ADSs of the Issuer, which are quoted on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “HUYA.” Each ADS represents one Class A Ordinary Share.

Item 4.	Ownership.
	The information required by Items 4(a) – (c) is set forth in Rows (5) – (11) of the cover page for each Reporting Person hereto and is incorporated herein by reference for each Reporting Person. Such information is as of the close of business on September 30, 2024.

	Point72 Asset Management, Point72 Capital Advisors Inc., Cubist Systematic Strategies, Point72 Hong Kong, and Mr. Cohen own directly no Class A Ordinary Shares. Pursuant to an investment management agreement, Point72 Asset Management maintains investment and voting power with respect to the securities held by an investment fund it manages. Point72 Capital Advisors Inc. is the general partner of Point72 Asset Management. Mr. Cohen controls each of Point72 Asset Management, Point72 Capital Advisors Inc, Cubist Systematic Strategies, and Point72 Hong Kong. The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the foregoing persons or any Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the Class A Ordinary Shares reported herein.
