Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 31, 2022, Ruby R. Chandy notified AMETEK, Inc. (“AMETEK”) of her decision to resign from the AMETEK Board of Directors effective immediately. Ms. Chandy’s resignation is for personal reasons and does not involve any controversy or disagreement with the Company.
