Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 13, 2025, BeiGene, Ltd. (the “Company”) participated in the 43rd Annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference and announced that the Company expects to achieve positive operating income for full year 2025 pursuant to U.S. generally accepted accounting principles. This guidance does not assume any potential new, material business development activity or unusual/non-recurring items.
