BlackRock Technology and Private Equity Term Trust (BTX) Announces Expiration and Preliminary Results of Tender Offer

BlackRock Technology and Private Equity Term Trust (the "Fund") announced today the expiration and preliminary results of the Fund's tender offer (the "Tender Offer") for up to 50% of its outstanding common shares (the "Shares").

The Tender Offer commenced on June 9, 2025 and expired at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on July 8, 2025.

Based on preliminary information, the number of Shares properly tendered and not withdrawn is noted in the table below.

Based on the preliminary results shown above, because the Tender Offer was undersubscribed, the number of Shares that will be purchased from each tendering shareholder is expected to be the total number of Shares properly tendered for the Fund. The purchase price of properly tendered and accepted Shares will be 99.5% of the Fund's net asset value ("NAV") as of the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange on July 9, 2025, the business day immediately following the expiration date of the Tender Offer. The above-indicated results are based on preliminary information, are subject to adjustment and should not be regarded as final. The Fund expects to announce the final results of its Tender Offer on or about July 9, 2025.
