On May 19, 2025, Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to initiate its Phase 3b clinical trial of NurOwn® (autologous MSC-NTF cells) for the treatment of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
