On January 7, 2025, CorMedix Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2024 and provided a business update. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
