Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents two restricted stock unit ("RSU") awards. 8,220 RSUs (the "First Grant") will vest in full on the earlier of (i) June 12, 2026 or (ii) the day prior to the date of the Issuer's 2026 annual stockholder meeting. 7,398 RSUs (the "Second Grant") will vest in four substantially equal quarterly installments on September 12, 2025, December 12, 2025, March 12, 2026, and June 12, 2026. The vesting of each of the First Grant and Second Grant are subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each such vesting date.
