Eagle Capital Growth Fund Declares Year-End Distribution of $0.35 Per Share in Cash
The Eagle Capital Growth Fund, Inc. ("Fund") (NYSE:GRF) today declared a year-end distribution of $0.35 per share in cash. The record date for this distribution is November 24, 2023, and the payment date is December 15, 2023.
On a preliminary basis, this distribution represents a combination of net investment income of $0.07 per share, short-term capital gains of $0.03 per share, and long-term capital gains of $0.25 per share.
