Forrester Honors Recipients Of Its 2025 Technology Awards For North America
The United States Department of the Navy, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and Bank of America recognized for aligning their technology strategies to drive business growth
Forrester (NASDAQ:FORR) today announced that US military department the United States Department of the Navy, pharmaceutical company Takeda Pharmaceuticals, and US banking institution Bank of America are the 2025 winners of its Technology Awards for Technology Strategy Impact, Enterprise Architecture, and Data & AI Impact, respectively, for North America. These awards, which will be presented at Technology & Innovation Summit North America, recognize organizations that boost alignment across their companies' technology strategy; enterprise architecture; and data, AI, and analytics capabilities to deliver measurable business value.

- The United States Department of the Navy demonstrated speed and scale in deploying secure, mission-critical technologies across a globally distributed workforce. The Department of Navy achieved strategic alignment by shifting from compliance-driven IT to mission-focused outcomes, anchoring every initiative to top-level capability needs instead of legacy requirements. Additionally, its Innovation Adoption Kit (IAK) and "Accelerating Change Design Concepts" (ACDCs) reduced delivery cycles from months to weeks, while its generative AI assistant, DON GPT, scaled across departments and increased productivity. Commercial real estate services firm CBRE and telecommunications provider Verizon are this year's finalists for Forrester's Technology Strategy Impact Award.
