On December 2, 2024, Mr. James Smith notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Gartner, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to retire, effective as of December 2, 2024, as a member of the Board. Mr. Smith has been a valued member of the Board since 2002. His retirement is not due to a disagreement with the Board or the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Smith for his many contributions to the Company’s growth and progress.
