On March 6, 2025, Ng Keok Chai resigned from his position as Independent Director and Head of the Audit Committee of Graphjet Technology (the “Company”). The resignation from Mr. Chai’s positions is not the result of any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
