Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 8, 2025, Harrow, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and a letter to stockholders announcing its financial results for the period ended March 31, 2025 and an update on recent corporate events. The press release and letter to stockholders are being furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
