Hercules Capital, Inc. (NYSE:HTGC) ("Hercules" or the "Company"), will conduct its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders by virtual meeting on Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). The proxy statement for the meeting was filed on April 23, 2024 and mailed to stockholders of record as of April 19, 2024.
