WENZHOU, Sept. 01, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Huadi International Group Co., Ltd. ("HUDI" or the "Company") (NASDAQ:HUDI), a leading developer and manufacturer of industrial stainless steel seamless pipes and tubes products in China, today announced the results of the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") held at one of its executive offices at No. 1688 Tianzhong Street, Longwan District, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China.
At the Annual Meeting, Huadi International Group Co., Ltd.'s shareholders:
- Elected five directors, each to serve a term expiring at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 or until their successors are duly elected and qualified; and
- Ratified the appointment of HTL CPA's and Business Advisors LLC as the independent registered public accounting firm of the Company for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023;
