On April 30, 2025, Levi Strauss & Co. (the “Company”) announced that Lisa Stirling, the Company’s Global Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, will transition to a new role as Vice President, U.S. and Canada Finance in furtherance of her career development. The Company has retained an executive search firm to identify potential candidates for the Global Controller role. Until such time as her successor has been identified, Ms. Stirling will continue to serve as the Company’s Global Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in order to facilitate a smooth transition.
Ms. Stirling’s transition is not the result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosures or policies.
