HAMILTON, Mont., March 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Local Bounti Corporation (NYSE:LOCL) ("Local Bounti" or the "Company"), a breakthrough U.S. indoor agriculture company, today announced that it secured $15 million through the issuance of a convertible note with an existing strategic investor (the "Agreement").
