Chef Vincent brings over 30 years of experience in culinary and hospitality management across the United Kingdom. His background includes senior roles such as Executive Head Chef for Devon & Cornwall Police Catering, Chef Manager at BRNC Dartmouth, and Head Chef for various establishments. He holds Certificates in Cookery for the Catering Industry from the City and Guilds of London Institute, and an Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety from the Royal Institute of Public Health. He has extensive expertise in culinary operations, large-scale food service, hygiene and compliance, menu design, and team leadership.
