Events.
On May 31, 2023, Momentive Global Inc. (“Momentive”) issued a press release announcing the completion of its acquisition by an investment consortium led by
STG Partners, LLC pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of March 13, 2023, between Mercury Bidco LLC, Mercury Merger Sub, Inc. and Momentive. A
copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
