Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 26, 2023, Sadot Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain unaudited preliminary revenue results for the month of September 2023. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
