Item 1.03. Bankruptcy or Receivership.
As previously disclosed, on February 4, 2024, NanoString Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) and certain of its subsidiaries (together, the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (such court, the “Court” and such cases, the “Cases”).
On February 13, 2024, a notice (the “Notice of Commencement”) of the commencement of the Cases was served on certain notice parties. Additional information about the Cases can be found at https://cases.ra.kroll.com/nanostring/.
