On February 20, 2025, Primo Brands Corporation (the “Company”) announced financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2024. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”).

On February 20, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.10 per share of outstanding Class A common stock of the Company, payable in cash on March 24, 2025 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2025.
