ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
Purple Innovation, Inc. (the “Company”) is hosting meetings with investors at the KBCM December Consumer Spotlight conference on December 12, 2024, in New York City and at the ROTH Deer Valley Event conference on December 13, 2024, in Deer Valley, Utah. A copy of the infographic that will be used by the Company during these meetings to discuss positive year-over-year sales results for the Wednesday before Black Friday through Cyber Monday period (November 27 – December 2, 2024) is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The company continues to work towards delivering the bottom end of the previously announced net revenue and adjusted EBITDA range for 2024.
