On February 12, 2024, Save Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its plan to distribute its holdings in Plantify Foods, Inc. to the Company’s stockholders on a future date in 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
