Ms. Barger is a member of IX Acquisition Sponsor, LLC, the sponsor of the issuer (the "Sponsor"), and holds an interest in the Sponsor. By virtue of this relationship, Ms. Barger may be deemed to have or share beneficial ownership of the securities held of record by the Sponsor, over which she does not have voting or dispositive control. Ms. Barger disclaims any beneficial ownership of the reported Class B ordinary shares other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest she may have therein.
