The first trust, of which Mr. Ogilvie is a trustee, owns 5,195,974 of shares that are beneficially owned by the Bruce Ogilvie, Jr. Trust dated January 20, 1994. The second trust, wherein he was the grantor, has his two adult children as the trustees, owns 8,554,026 shares that are owned by the Ogilvie Legacy Trust dated September 14th, 2021. Mr. Ogilvie disclaims any individual ownership of such shares in the trusts. |
