1. On April 22, 2025, the reporting person was granted 8,980 restricted stock units ("RSUs") subject to time vesting. Each RSU represents a right to receive one share of the common stock of the issuer and/or cash upon vesting. All 8,980 RSUs will vest on April 10, 2026.
