Explanation of Responses:

1. This amended Form 4 is being filed to correct the aggregate common stock holdings of the Reporting Person. The common stock holdings in column 5 of Table I have been increased by 4,536 shares acquired under the Issuer's Employee Stock Purchase Plan on dates ranging from February 28, 2019 to August 31, 2021, which were previously inadvertently omitted.
