Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person purchased 500 units of Adit EdTech Acquisition Corp. (the "Issuer") for $10.06 per unit. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share ("Common Stock") and one-half of one redeemable warrant to purchase one share of Common Stock.

2. The Reporting Person purchased 1500 shares of Common Stock for $9.78 per share.
