Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 25, 2024, Superior Drilling Products, Inc. (“SDPI” or the “Company”) and Drilling Tools International Corporation (“DTI”) issued a joint press release announcing the election deadline for SDPI shareholders to elect the form of merger consideration they wish to receive in the upcoming acquisition of SDPI by DTI. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
