On March 20, 2026, BitFuFu Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary unaudited financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. These amounts are unaudited and preliminary, are subject to completion of financial closing procedures that could result in changes to the amounts, and do not present all information necessary for an understanding of the Company’s financial condition as of December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 6-K (this "Report").
