Nasdaq Deficiency Letter

On May 18, 2021, the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. (“Nasdaq”) notified the Company that it no longer met the periodic filing requirement for The Nasdaq Stock Market under Listing Rule 5250(c)(l)(the “Rule”). Based on the July 7, 2021, filing of the Company’s Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2020, on July 12, 2021, Nasdaq determined that the Company complies with the Rule. Accordingly, this matter is now closed.
