Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 28, 2024 (the “Form 10-Q”), within the prescribed time period due to delays experienced by the Company in compiling information and completing its review procedures and disclosures in the Form 10-Q. The Company anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
