Tungray Technologies Inc (the “Company”) has encountered a delay in assembling the information and finalizing its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Annual Report”), and is unable to complete such filing by the filing due date of April 30, 2025 without incurring unreasonable effort and expense.
