Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issuer identified in Item 1.

(a) Amount Beneficially Owned:

As of the close of business on June 1, 2021, the reporting persons beneficially owned an aggregate of 3,708,985 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock or 8.8% of the Issuer’s Common Stock outstanding, which percentage was calculated based on 42,314,213 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock outstanding as of May 27, 2021, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q, filed on May 28, 2021.

On June 2, 2021, the Issuer was acquired by STERIS plc. Through a series of merger transactions (collectively, the "Merger"), each share of the Issuer’s Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately before the Merger was converted into the right to receive (a) $16.93 in cash, without interest, and (b) 0.33787 ordinary shares, par value $0.001 per share, of STERIS plc. Accordingly, as a result of the consummation of the Merger, the reporting persons no longer beneficially owned any shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock.
