LLC; and (iii) 200,000 shares held by the Bruce & Linda Taylor Family Trust (the “Trust”). Bruce C. Taylor and Linda R. Taylor are co-trustees of the Trust, as a result of which they have shared voting and dispositive power with respect to the shares held by the Trust.
