    Northwestern Mutual Investment Management Company, LLC, a wholly owned company of The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, serves as an investment adviser to The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, its separate account, subsidiaries and/or other affiliates, and shares voting and investment power with respect to all of the aforementioned holdings.
