    Guardian Pharmacy Services Reports Second Quarter 2025 Financial Results; Raises Full-Year Guidance

    Guardian Pharmacy Services, Inc. (NYSE:GRDN), one of the nation's leading long-term care ("LTC") pharmacy services companies, announced today its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025. Second Quarter Financial Results Revenue of $344.3 million, up 15% year-over-year, driven by low double-digit organic growth and acquisitions completed over the past 12 months. Resident count ended the quarter over 195,000, up 12% year-over-year. Net Income of $8.8 million, compared to $15.8 million in the prior-year period.
