(the “Issuer”) as of December 31, 2021. Each Class B ordinary share is convertible at the option of the holder into one Class A ordinary share. Class A ordinary shares are not convertible into Class B ordinary shares under any circumstances. The rights of the holders of Class A ordinary shares and Class B ordinary shares are identical, except with respect to conversion rights (noted above) and voting rights.
