The Company issued a press release on March 18, 2025 with information about an upcoming event in which Representatives of Smart Sand Inc. (the “Company”) intend to participate in the Sidoti Small-Cap Virtual Conference March 19-20, 2025, to discuss the business and affairs of the Company. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of our current investor presentation that will be used in the conference is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto.
