On June 9, 2025, Synchrony Financial (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a strategic partnership with OnePay, the consumer financial technology company backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital, to establish a new credit card program with Walmart which is expected to launch in fall 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
As a reminder, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Brian J. Wenzel, will participate in a fireside chat at the Morgan Stanley US Financials Conference on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 8:15 a.m. (Eastern Time).
