Wayfair executive and veteran leader brings decades of experience to strengthen TodayTix Group and further its mission of finding a seat for everyone

TodayTix Group, the global e-commerce leader for cultural experiences, today announced that Liza Lefkowski has been appointed to the Company's board of directors. Known for remarkable contributions to the retail industry, Lefkowski's inspiring leadership and experience in e-commerce and technology is expected to further bolster TodayTix Group's position in the live entertainment industry and beyond, reinforcing its dedication to innovation and outstanding service. Lefkowski joins existing board members including Michael Lynton, former Sony Entertainment CEO, and Michael Kumin, Managing Director at Great Hill Partners.

Liza Lefkowski currently serves as Vice President of Curated Merchandising and Stores at Wayfair (NYSE:W), where she oversees product selection and curation across all Wayfair brands and collections. Her achievements in creating value for both customers and supply partners throughout her tenure at the e-commerce home destination aligns with TodayTix Group's success in seamlessly connecting an audience of millions with dynamic, global cultural inventory. Prior to joining Wayfair, Lefkowski was a Principal in the Private Equity and Retail practices at Bain and Company. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

"This is a dynamic, supercharged time for our brands, and I'm humbled and energized to welcome Liza to our board of directors," said Brian Fenty, CEO and Co-founder of TodayTix Group. "With Liza's experience in the highest echelons of consumer e-commerce and merchandising, and her deep understanding of the consumer mindset, she is a dream addition to our board and will be critical in further strengthening TodayTix Group as a cultural e-commerce leader. We're excited to benefit from her unique perspective and guidance as we continue on our mission to find a seat for everyone."

"It is a great honor to join TodayTix Group's board of directors at such a high-growth time for the company," said Ms. Lefkowski. "I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to provide my unique insight across retail and e-commerce to continue enhancing the consumer experience across TodayTix Group's diverse portfolio of brands and better match audiences to the cultural offerings they love."

TodayTix Group launched in 2013 as TodayTix, a first-of-its-kind app that addressed issues in the ticketing industry including unexpected ticketing fees and no functional mobile commerce. Over the past 10 years, TodayTix Group has expanded its portfolio to include six owned brands, and offers outstanding customer service and pricing transparency for customers in cities around the world, transforming the way tickets are sold. TodayTix Group offers its partners — a global network of over 20,000 theatres, producers, and cultural institutions — unparalleled access to engaged audiences, support in generating meaningful revenue, frictionless technology, and vast data and insights.

The TodayTix Group board of directors is pleased to welcome Liza Lefkowski and is certain that her addition will be instrumental in the company's continued success. Joining a dynamic group of inspiring leaders, Lefkowski brings a unique perspective to the mix, complementing the likes of Michael Lynton's expertise in entertainment and disruptive technology, and Michael Kumin's background in digital commerce and finance, which will further strengthen TodayTix Group as an innovative leader in entertainment, culture, and e-commerce.
