UiPath Launches New Agentic Workforce Readiness Program to Upskill Public Sector Professionals
UiPath is expanding its curriculum to include agentic automation training and certification for public sector professionals impacted by layoffs or looking to upskill with agentic automation competencies
UiPath (NYSE:PATH), a leading enterprise automation and AI software company, today announced it is bringing tailored agentic automation training curricula and certification opportunities to public sector professionals, available for free on UiPath Community and UiPath Academy. UiPath is dedicated to upskilling and reskilling public sector workers and equipping them with the skills needed for real-world automation and AI projects at work amid changing workforce demands.
The rapid adoption of agentic automation coupled with the recent displacement of tens of thousands of government professionals has led to an urgency and opportunity to enable future-proof public services careers and upskilled professionals ready to adapt to new jobs and services. The Upskill to Agentic Automation program is a free UiPath Community program developed for public sector professionals, that offers opportunities for public sector professionals to sharpen their automation skills through self-paced training, community support, and expert guidance.
Key features of the Upskill to Agentic Automation program include:
- Tailored learning plans: Each track is designed to help professionals learn the skills they need to work with automation. The UiPath Academy will include hands-on courses and real-world scenarios, and integrates agentic automation and agentic AI elements, empowering professionals to design, manage, and collaborate with autonomous systems that make intelligent decisions and act independently.
- Self-paced learning with community support: The community support system ensures professionals have access to real-time assistance and the knowledge of experienced practitioners as they progress. This includes live virtual interactive sessions led by practitioners, help in real-time from peers and mentors on the UiPath Forum, and opportunities to shadow experienced professionals as they demonstrate automation best practices.
- Credentials that highlight new skills: Upon completion of their learning track, participants receive credentials that showcase their mastery of automation to help them advance their career and demonstrate their skills to employers.
- Opportunities to practice for certification: Participants can practice for their examination with guided opportunities that help them prepare confidently, utilizing free online practice tests and hearing directly from experts who have received the certification. Participants will also have the chance to get free or discounted certification opportunities.
