Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.
On April 11, 2025, United States Antimony Corporation (“USAC,” “U.S. Antimony,” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing it secured a $5 million line of credit (“LOC”) facility with Truist Bank to support its ongoing operational and strategic initiatives. With approximately $18 million of cash and cash equivalents, there are no immediate plans to borrow from this new LOC. The LOC bears interest at one percent above the base commercial rate and is secured by investments of the Company. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
