On April 16, 2026, The York Water Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of its public offering of shares of the
Company’s common stock, no par value (the “Offering”). A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
