    This filing relates solely to preliminary communications made before the commencement of a planned tender offer by Incline Merger Sub, Inc. (Merger Sub), a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., a Delaware corporation (BioMarin), for all of the outstanding common stock of Inozyme Pharma, Inc., a Delaware corporation (Inozyme).
